Cocktail Cruises

ALII NUI: Sunset Sail (maximum passengers 40)
Measuring an impressive 65' from stem to stern; the Alii Nui is exceptionally well maintained.  Licensed for 100 passengers, however restricted to just 50 passengers to provide superior service, Alii Nui is under sail whenever possible (depending on winds).

Maui's lush velvet green mountains to one side and a multi-colored sunset between Lanai and Molokai on the other.  Just another day in paradise! Enjoy this two-hour cruise which includes appetizers, Mai Tai's, Champagne, Beer, Wine, Soda and Bottled water.

Sunset Sail Appetizer Menu:
Hoisin Braised Beef Short Ribs, Shrimp Cocktail, Star Anise and Ginger Scented Toasted Potatoes, Assorted Vegetable Platter with Dip, Fresh Island Fruit and Cheese, Green Papaya Salad, Home Made Ginger Molasses Cookies.

Beverage:
Mai Tai's, Rum Drinks, Champagne, Imported/Domestic Beer, Red & White Wines, Sodas & Juices.
